Job Description:
As Flexential continues to build an agile and fast paced modern marketing organization, we're looking for a resourceful, collaborative, and highly analytical individual to join our Marketing Operations team. In this strategic role as a Senior Marketing Operations and Analytics Manager, you will analyze marketing programs' performance data to help the marketing teams understand the effectiveness of overall and individual campaigns and deliver actionable insights for increased investment or corrective improvements. You will focus on systems, standards, and processes used to analyze program performance and business KPIs. As a collaborator with proven ability to work effectively and earn trust in a fast-paced, high-pressure entrepreneurial environment, you'll work with marketing channel owners, IT, and BI teams to manage and maintain the reporting infrastructure and ecosystem.Key Responsibilities and Essential Job Functions
  • Drive the end-to-end marketing analytics functions including regular campaign performance measurement, program optimization insights, lead quality analysis, and funnel conversion KPIs.
  • Partner with revenue marketing team to strategize and build the attribution models, establish relevant OKRs, KPIs, and other analytics reporting to optimize cost, maximize revenue and improve efficiencies.
  • Provide a high value consultative layer on top of analytics deliverables; tell relevant and actionable data stories.
  • Ensure optimal MarTech integration for data flow and attributions, actively monitor, analyze, and report on the health of the marketing funnel, including investigating and troubleshooting any issues.
  • Provide marketing channel owners the segmentation and insights to help develop prospecting strategy and targeting tactics for new business growth and upsell/cross-sell to current customers.
  • Drive the management of executive dashboards, and monthly/quarterly/annual marketing KPI reporting package. Interpret the data and results and present to the stakeholders to help them drive informed business decisions.
  • Proactively engage and collaborate with marketing leadership, digital marketing, demand gen, field marketing, product marketing, and content marketing teams, on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis to communicate progress, take feedback and adjust plans to continue to improve performance and business objectives.
  • Be an expert in customer data to identify and bridge the gaps using internal resources and outside data sources and maintain a healthy blend of buying committee contacts.
  • Own and improve overall data quality and hygiene through regular audit, cleansing and enrichment.
  • Create efficiencies within Marketing Operations functional group by implementing industry best practices, best in class automation, and process improvements
Technical Skills:
  • Campaign Analysis: Expertise in campaign architecture, performance score cards and diagnostics, behavioral analytics, and make strategic recommendations.
  • BI and Visualization: Strong in data visualization, reporting, interactive dashboards, and data modeling.
  • Technology Platforms: Hands on experience in Marketo, SFDC, GA4, 6sense, Zoominfo, Tableau, Excel etc.
  • Ecosystem: Experience with MarTech ecosystem, digital analytics, content optimization, and personalization.
  • Database: Competently and independently navigate through disparate data sources to extract, process, transform, analyze, and present the analysis to stakeholders.
  • AI and ML: Strong interest in artificial intelligence and machine learning principles including statistical analysis, model creation and application of custom analytical models.
Qualifications:
  • 6 years of marketing operations or marketing analyst/consultant experience with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in advanced campaign analysis and data management within the B2B enterprise technology space.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing analytics, data science, or a related field of study
  • In-depth knowledge of marketing automation ecosystem and various marketing channels used for demand generation, digital marketing, ABM, content marketing, email nurture, etc.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to establish trust and develop relationships with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Highly analytical with advanced Excel skills, digital marketing KPI measurement, and exposure to Tableau or similar BI tools.
  • Exceptional project management skills, and complex problem-solving ability.
  • Data-driven, well organized, detail-oriented, and self-starter.

Physical Requirements

  • Able to set up and take down tradeshow space.
Work Conditions
  • Standard office environment.
  • Extensive daily usage of workstation or computer.
  • Occasional overnight travel, up to 10%.
  • Must possess a current, valid state-issued driver's license.

Benefits are subject to change at the Company's discretion.
Base Pay Range: Annualized salary range offered for this position is estimated to be $116,900 - $134,000. However, the actual pay range depends on each candidate's experience, location, and qualifications.
Variable Pay: Discretionary annual bonus, based on personal and company performance.
